The smartphones have evolved a lot. The gone are days of only DSLR, excelling in the photography. But now, we have got many phones with awesome cameras.
Truth be told, even the cameras with good rear cameras struggle when it comes to selfies. And, you don’t like it especially if you are a selfie and groupfie buff.
Oppo F3 Plus Review
Oppo F3 Plus features a unibody metal design with curved edges. The selfie-centered smartphone sports the fingerprint scanner on the home button.
The phone has got a large 6-inch AMOLED display with full HD resolution. You will love it when you are into watching movies and playing games. The AMOLED screen offers excellent viewing angles.
Under the hood, it has got the Snapdragon 653 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.9 GHz. You may not be impressed with the chipset but the 4 GB RAM coupled with the best optimization of the processor brings the best out for your multitasking efforts.
Though the 64 GB on-board storage is enough for most of the smartphone users, you can expand it using an SD card up to whopping 256GB just in case you run out of space.
Now you are going to read about the highlight of F3 Plus, the cameras. The selfie-focused smartphone has got dual front cameras (16 MP+ 8 MP). You can switch between them to get both wide and restricted field of view. The back camera sports a 16 MP sensor. Obviously, you are going to have a great time with selfies if you pick the phone.
Oppo chose Android 6.0 to bring the performance live before your eyes. Marshmallow is customized using Oppo’s own ColorOS. The interface is straightforward and you won’t find any difficulty to get the hang of it.
The phone has dual SIM port. And, both of them support 4G LTE. So, the SIM you use 4G data on, doesn’t necessarily have to be in the first port. Unlike some smartphones, Oppo F3 Plus supports all the 4G bands in India.
Even though the device is a phablet, you won’t feel it is heavy. Moreover, Oppo has included a 4000mAh battery into it. The move is commendable given that the display is a super AMOLED full HD one. The battery isn’t removable, though.
The smartphone is available in two different colors; gold and black. You can choose any one of them based on your interest. Yeah, only the color changes not any specs.
You can buy the smartphone at around 30,000 INR.
Now the question pops up. Should you buy it? Let me ask you one question. Do you use your phone a lot for watching movies and taking selfies? Then without any doubt, Oppo F3 Plus is so meant to be for you.
In case you are looking for a performance powerhouse, this one may not turn out to be the best. You should bear in mind that the phone comes with a dual SIM facility and allows you to swap an SD card in. Not many phones do it today.
